The ingredients which we will use. (There is no vegetable oil and soy).
This step is optional,but in my opinion is much tastier! Eggplant cut into rings thickness of about 1-1. 5 cm, make a cut and pour a small amount of soy (if there is intolerance to soy, you can hold in salted water).
While the eggplant soaked, pressed garlic, as well optionally add black pepper.
Fry the eggplant.
While frying the eggplant, cut the bread. You can use not only rye, but any other.
Once the eggplant is done, put them on bread and brush with garlic.
Top sliced tomato (like eggplant) and cover a small amount of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with greens, and our sandwiches are ready! Bon appetit.
