The recipe is not mine, it belongs to Natalya Raikovoi. So the name change did not simply not have such a right. So, another topic which has no end pies. Step 1

Preparation of the dough:
Mix the sour cream village (I have and can not be picked up in-store) and yogurt (can yogurt).
Add the eggs, salt, sugar.
Sift the flour with soda (or baking powder - 2 tsp)

The preparation of fillings:
1) Cabbage finely crumble and pour boiling water. Keep under cover for about 5-10 minutes. Drain in a colander, give drain water, and better water squeeze. Salt the cabbage to taste, add to taste melted butter or sour cream (and a little bit of both), mix well.
2) boil Carrots, grate on a medium grater or mince, or grind in a blender. Add to taste some sugar, melted butter or sour cream (a little of both), mix well.


Step 2

Roll out the dough into a layer, cut circles with a diameter of 15 cm, Spread the stuffing on top of carrots and cabbage (separately). Formed into patties. One of them should be sure to release the air, otherwise when baking they will swell. Cakes must be thin and flat. If all the same some of the pies will rise up when baking, then you need to put them under a towel and crush, they will fall off.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes (depends on oven) at a temperature of 200 degrees. And, of course, after you get them out of the oven, brush them with melted butter and let it rest under a towel.
***Thanks to the author, very tasty pies. I tried it and the Apple filling apply (sour Apple, cut into small pieces+sugar), it turned out great!
A total of 18 units, for a long time to bake (on baking sheet 3 of 6 pies on every, time for baking about an hour). But the result is great!
