Very interesting and delicious summer soup. The recipe was found in an old magazine. He I looked carefully because all the ingredients described there, had me. It was therefore decided to diversify your menu and cook it.
Ingredients for Soup from fresh tomatoes
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 2 stack.
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 6-8 PCs
- Bay leaf
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup from fresh tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the skins.
Finely chop the onion.
Now put it all in a pot together with salt, sugar and Bay leaf. Pour a glass of water and put on low heat. Cook for 30 minutes.
Melt in another pan the butter and mix with flour, then pour a glass of milk (I poured two, to taste). Put on fire and bring to boil, constantly mixing. Boil for 5 minutes until they begin to thicken.
Vegetables from the first pan through a sieve (I did directly in the pan), season with salt to taste.
Serve together with individual cream or sour cream.
