I remember as a child sweets and chocolate. But grandma was making jam from a mixture of berries and fruits, called it a "jumble". Cooked in small portions, and sometimes all of the glass collected different berries from the garden. Segalas jam in one sitting over tea. And I think it is much more useful to modern sweets. Later I learned that the word "jumble" means "mess" or "confusion". And cook this jam is from a completely different fruit or berries suitable for the season. Summer is the season of ripe sweet apricots, tender juicy peaches, nectarines, plums and even overripe banana, and Apple has found a place in the delicious "Jumble"!

Step 1

Cut fruit slices.


Step 2

Put chopped fruit into a saucepan or in a basin where we will make jam, pour on top half a Cup of sugar, stir. Put a little sugar so that the jam does not keep long - a maximum of a month in the fridge. If you want to make a billet for the winter or like more sweet, increase the sugar by half.


Step 3

Cook, stirring occasionally, about 15-20 minutes.

Foam can remove. Grandma, for some reason, not removed. I also did not remove.
