I remember as a child sweets and chocolate. But grandma was making jam from a mixture of berries and fruits, called it a "jumble". Cooked in small portions, and sometimes all of the glass collected different berries from the garden. Segalas jam in one sitting over tea. And I think it is much more useful to modern sweets. Later I learned that the word "jumble" means "mess" or "confusion". And cook this jam is from a completely different fruit or berries suitable for the season. Summer is the season of ripe sweet apricots, tender juicy peaches, nectarines, plums and even overripe banana, and Apple has found a place in the delicious "Jumble"!

Cut fruit slices.
Put chopped fruit into a saucepan or in a basin where we will make jam, pour on top half a Cup of sugar, stir. Put a little sugar so that the jam does not keep long - a maximum of a month in the fridge. If you want to make a billet for the winter or like more sweet, increase the sugar by half.
Cook, stirring occasionally, about 15-20 minutes.
Foam can remove. Grandma, for some reason, not removed. I also did not remove.
Some time, and our delicious jam is ready! Surprise your loved ones and children in such an unusual fruit preserves.
The jam turned out really unusual. Have a bit of fresh plum dominates the taste. But when the jam ever few days in the fridge, on the first row left the banana flavor, giving the jam a tropical and exotic taste.
