Heat... what could be better in this weather than a bowl of cold refreshing soup, which is so nice to eat on a cool terrace, in the garden or by an open balcony, not only for lunch but also for dinner! and most importantly, to cook this soup, no need to turn the stove on! We loved it, and you try!
Ingredients for Watermelon gazpacho
- Lime - 1 piece
- Feta - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Watermelon - 400 g
- Mint - 10 PCs
- Green onions
- Pepper - 160 g
- Cucumber - 160 g
- Vinegar - 2-3 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Watermelon gazpacho
Pepper to clear of seeds, approximately 1/4 of the total quantity cut into small cubes and put aside the rest put in a blender.
