This dessert recipe I saw in the television show "World cuisines". It also led Ilona Bronevitskaya. Dessert very simple, but very tasty!
Ingredients for Dessert "wind rose"
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
- Mascarpone - 200 g
- Candy - 4 PCs
- Flowers - 1 piece
- Cocoa powder
Step by step instruction of cooking Dessert "wind rose"
Ingredients - eggs, raw and fresh, powdered sugar (fine granulated sugar), mascarpone, chocolate candy, decorative sugar roses with leaves - for decoration.
Separate the yolks from proteins and vzbit with sugar powder (1 tbsp. per egg yolks and 1 in proteins) separately, to increase mass three times.
Protein to combine with the yolk and pour the egg mixture into the mascarpone, whisking with a mixer not by hand.
Fill a vase or bowl egg mixture from the pastry bag and put into the refrigerator for about two hours.
Dessert, remove from refrigerator and decorate what You like. I decorated this way and can be strawberries or kiwi, cut into thin slices or any other berries and fruits. In the photo - artificial rose. Under the window of my roses bloom, but it was a pity to cut you loose, may still delight with their blooms.
Dessert turned out airy, soft and not very sweet. I liked it.
