I want to offer you a very simple and delicious summer salad. Tender green beans, onions, juicy tomatoes - this salad will be a great side dish or addition to any lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for Summer salad with asparagus and tomatoes
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 0,5-1 tsp
- Tomato - 2-3 PCs
- Beans - 1.5 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Summer salad with asparagus and tomatoes
First prepare the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, mustard and stir thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Onions cut thin half-rings, mix with the dressing and leave.
And we still have the trimmed asparagus tough ends and boil in salted water until fully cooked. Prepared green beans cut into 2-3 parts each. Tomatoes cut into small slices.
Mix the onions with tomatoes and beans, decorate with leaves of arugula. A simple and tasty salad is ready!
