Sweet summer pie. A delightful combination of juicy pears and berries, soft cream cheese and cookie dough.

Cut the butter into cubes. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar until crumb state. Add the egg and water. Knead elastic dough.
Roll out the dough into a circle to put in a pre-greased form the dough covering the bottom and sides of the form. Prick the dough with a fork in several places. Put the dough baking paper, fill with beans and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. My beans were not available, so had to cover lentils)
Beat the cheese with sugar and cream. Add the eggs, mix thoroughly.
Spread the pears on the bottom of the test. Pour cake curd cream and sprinkle with berries.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes (until cooked) and cottage cheese at 200 degrees. Cool slightly pie shaped, then lay out on a dish. The cooled cake if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
