Summer soup with calamari and cheese rolls "Family dinner". The weekend is a real holiday in our family being all together... and here it is necessary to please everyone: despite the heat, need to cook dinner that will be light and at the same time rich... interesting and festive... and easy to prepare and an unexpected... so, fruits and vegetables, greens and lettuce, with a spicy note squid... in an interesting dressing of infusion of beet kvass, a bit of sugar with the soft and delicate cheese rolls with nuts...
