|Cooking time 180 minutes||Number of servings 20|
Yeast dough is quick to prepare:
Flour(1.5 kg sieved) add the 10g of dry yeast, a pinch of salt, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar(vanillin on a knife tip), 1 Cup of sugar. Mix everything carefully. Add 200 g plums. butter or margarine, a good grind of flour. Gradually pour mixture of 0,5 l of milk, which is whipped up 2 eggs(if not enough liquid, then heating it up to the needs). Thoroughly knead the dough in the fridge for an hour.
The dough turns out quite a lot ,enough for two pies or one pie and some muffins(cheesecakes,pies)
You can divide the ingredients in half and prepare only one pie.
On each heart to put a bit of filling,the contours of the heart, lubricate the moistened with water with a brush ,fold the heart in half,you get a drop.
The items received are folded in the following way:
Left to fill the resulting space including a miniature curved cheesecakes.
The finished pie before baking:
The finished pie after baking(bake at T-180-200*pre-lubricated shaken up egg+C. l of water):
For the second cake in the shape of a tea Cup and use the rest of the dough.For the filling, use any jam.
Step-by-step cooking does not put,probably will not fit ...
Enjoy your tea!
