Step 1

Yeast dough is quick to prepare:
Flour(1.5 kg sieved) add the 10g of dry yeast, a pinch of salt, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar(vanillin on a knife tip), 1 Cup of sugar. Mix everything carefully. Add 200 g plums. butter or margarine, a good grind of flour. Gradually pour mixture of 0,5 l of milk, which is whipped up 2 eggs(if not enough liquid, then heating it up to the needs). Thoroughly knead the dough in the fridge for an hour.
The dough turns out quite a lot ,enough for two pies or one pie and some muffins(cheesecakes,pies)
You can divide the ingredients in half and prepare only one pie.
