Boil potatoes, grate on a fine grater.
Warm potatoes add butter, salt and 4 egg yolks.
In warm milk add the yeast and leave for 15 minutes, until the rise foam "cap".
Then you can knead the dough. Add the milk to the potato mass, add half of the flour.
The rest of the flour gradually add, knead soft dough.
The dough is placed in the food package and move it for an hour in the fridge.
Recipe pies found on the Serbian website. The recipe for ham (300 g) was mixed into the cream (300ml), add the herbs and black pepper.
I did differently: cut into small pieces two packs(400g) ham, cream was added, so they wrapped the pieces of ham, but not running down them in streams. Herbs and ground pepper is added, I like the more simplistic tastes.
