another yeast cake... this title will especially appeal to children... if I'm not mistaken, refers to Serbian , traditional baking.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Grandpa's mustache

Step 1

Knead the dough in the bread machine :about 3 tbsp of flour,5 tablespoons of sugar,4 yolks,3 tbsp cream(I have 35 0/0),200 ml milk,melted SL.180 grams butter,a pinch of salt,sachet of yeast.
Here is the dough "fell out" on the table from the bucket x/n.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Each part roll out in an oblong pellet.

Step 4

Lubricate any jam,marmalade,jam...

Step 5

Twist the edges of the roller,leave the middle open for about 10 cm(can be smaller),the edges also bend,giving the shape of a boat.

Step 6

To prepare protein cream:whip chilled whites(4 pieces) with a pinch of salt until stable peaks, continuing to whisk, add sah. sand( better sand to make powder ) in small portions .

Step 7

Add the chopped nuts.

For jam,marmalade to distribute the protein cream.

Bake at T-180* until tender.
