In my work I am satisfied that the pastries were different and festive, and every day(cakes only was not, but much of them are not fond of). Step 1

Since the ratio of flour and milk seemed to me not appropriate for my flour(as much liquid needed for the flour is very strong,I use always the same brand, and I know that per Cup of liquid is 3 cups of flour)I have done the following.

Knead soft, elastic dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 60 min.

Ready divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
