To prepare berries: carefully sort, wash in cold water, pour over boiling water.
Pour the berries and sugar and let stand for 1.5-2 hours, the extracted juice to drain. Add half a Cup of sugar and starch, mix well.
To make dough: 1 egg mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, add 200 g of softened margarine or butter and mix, add the flour. Knead the dough and put it in the fridge.
