Take the bananas.
Sugar and water make syrup.
Bananas cut into circles somewhere around 2 cm.
In the finished syrup put banana pieces and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add lemon acid, boil for 2-3 minutes and pour into banks. Cook to pieces.
Ready fragrant jam.
