Step by step instruction of cooking Twist of zucchini with tomatoes and cheese
Mix in a bowl finely chopped 1 clove garlic, grated hard cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, herbs, pepper.
Tomatoes to be peeled (for a few minutes in a pot with boiling water). Cut into several parts.
Form lightly lubricate with oil. Pre-washed and peeled zucchini, cut into thin slices, spread on planks with a twist (so convenient) and placed in the form.
Next spread 1/3 of the mixture and cheese. On the cheese put half of the prepared creamy garlic sauce (sour cream+chopped 2 cloves of garlic).
Add the chopped tomatoes. And pour on them the remaining sauce.
Next spread 1/3 of the mixture and cheese.
