Half carcasses of trout to be cleaned from bones and skins. Season with salt and pepper.
Tomatoes, onions and lemon cut into thin slices.
Arrange the lemon. The lemon peel gives a bitter, so the lemon can pre-clear who as loves.
Spread on top layer of tomatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Wrap it foil and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
