Step by step instruction of cooking Mango in ginger-mint syrup
Ginger peeled and cut into thin circles.
In a saucepan pour water and add sugar, bring to a boil. Of syrup spread the ginger and cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Mint wash, separate the leaves and put in the syrup. Cover with a lid and allow to stand for 7-10 minutes. The finished syrup is cooled and filtered.
Mango clean, remove the bone and cut into thin slices. Then put mango in a bowl and cover with the syrup. Put into the fridge for 35-40 minutes. Before you serve, put in bowls or kremanki and garnish with mint leaves. And enjoy. ;)
