- Curd - 900 g
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.

- Potato starch - 3 tbsp.
- Corn starch - 75 g
- Butter - 250 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Orange zest - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 250 g
- Gooseberry - 1.5 stack.

Curd carefully grind with sugar, add potato starch, egg, mix well.
Add orange zest, a pinch of cinnamon, knead well until smooth.
For oil biscuits soft butter beat with sugar, gradually, one by one, add eggs, carefully vymeshivaem after each. Flour screened with baking powder and starch, add to the butter-egg mixture, stir until smooth. Add vanilla or vanillin.
Spread biscuit dough on top of cheese, flatten the surface.
The gooseberry (or any other berries) wash, dry, remove the stalk and dry the tip (this can be done with scissors).
Spread the gooseberries on the biscuit dough.
Bake in a preheated oven 170-175 degrees. about 50 minutes, or until dry matches. Cool completely before cutting!
