To be honest - I don't really like oatmeal. But because it is so useful! So I found out and quite often bake these cookies. I eat it for Breakfast with coffee - delicious, hearty and healthy!
Ingredients for Oatmeal cookies
- Butter - 170 g
- Sugar - 1.75 stack.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 1.75 stack.
- Oat flakes - 2.75 stack.
- Sunflower seeds
Step by step instruction of cooking Oatmeal cookies
Melted butter triturated with sugar.
Add eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, soda.
Then add cereal, seeds and dried fruits. About the last two, every time I add a different assortment and quantity, a matter of taste!
All mix well. I form the cookies with wet hands (the dough does not stick) on a baking sheet, parchment villany. And bake in the oven 180C for 15 min or until slightly browned. If you bake too long, the cookies will be hard and soft, straight melt in your mouth!
