Mediterranean lunch "Bruschetta & Gazpacho"

One hot July day we arrived at a small town somewhere on the way from Spain to Italy... it was hot... the drive seemed endless and tedious... it was dinnertime, I wanted something light... vegetable or fruit... We went to a small cafe, where grandpa and the owner rushed towards us, as the friends and family, drink a child freshly squeezed juice and advised to take his signature gazpacho... while the dish was cooking, he brought a plate with delicious sandwiches... from them came the heady aroma of summer grasses... the sun... olive oil... what's that we asked... oooo.. this is bruschetta.. try.. it is delicious.. ' he said and winked at her and went into the kitchen, returning with a bowl of yellow soup, which subtly smelled like celery.. melon and something else.. in the same summer and delicious
