Always wanted to try the cucumber soup, choose among the recipes, not found desired... Imagination suggested solution and I am very happy with the result! - Fermented milk drink - 1 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Cucumber cold soup in ayran with crabs
Shred the cucumbers in a blender, add the greens and garlic, pepper to taste.
Tomato, pepper and crab sticks (ideally, shrimp or crab, of course), cut into small cubes, if you use krevetsky, it is better to leave them intact.
