Step by step instruction of cooking My dear
Rice wash, fill with boiling water and cover it. The cabbage, cut the stalk
Drop the cabbage in a pot of water, cover it and set on fire. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes (if the cabbage is old - up to 10 minutes) on low heat
The mushrooms and onions finely chop
Add salt, pepper and fry on high heat (I did on the margarine)
Mix with rice
Giving to drain the excess water from the cabbage, parse it on the leaves and turn our darlings.
The bottom and sides of the pan or the pot round and the remaining "defective" cabbage leaves, we add back the plump duckies and cover with the sauce: mayonnaise with sour cream mixed in arbitrary proportions, add salt, pepper, Bay leaf, diluted with water and bring to a boil. The sauce should cover the poor thing completely.
Put on a small fire, cover and cook until tender - about 40 minutes - hour.
