Ingredients for Strudel with broccoli and cauliflower

- Cream - 100 ml
- Blue cheese - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Strudel with broccoli and cauliflower
Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences and boil 20 minutes in well-salted water. Drain the water, cabbage 2/3 to postpone the rest to blend, puree add cream cheese and mix well.
To wash eggs, separate yolks from whites, yolks stir in cabbage puree, beat the whites until stable peaks.
To connect boiled cabbage, cabbage puree and whipped egg whites, mix gently.
Pre-thawed dough is placed on baking paper or floured table, roll out in one direction (!), along one side lay the cabbage filling and roll roll.
Roll to pass on to the baking tray covered with baking paper - this will require patience, attention and VERY careful of the action :-D Grease with a yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds/grain mixture.
