Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.


Step 2

Cauliflower divide into florets, wash and boil in salted water 5 minutes.
Cool. If the inflorescence is much larger, can be slightly cut.
Cilantro (you can, however, take the herbs you love, for example, parsley) wash, dry, chop.


Step 3

Take 3 eggs, add salt and a little beat into a soft mousse with a fork. Add the chopped greens.


Step 4

Put some butter in the form in which we bake. Put on the bottom of the cauliflower, top with the stir in the beaten eggs.
Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.


Step 5

Sent in a preheated to 180-190 degrees oven and bake 15-18 minutes.
Take out, allow to cool a little, cut it into pieces and eat!


Step 6

Top break 2 eggs, add salt and fry until ready.
Put on a plate, decorate with greens. I happened to have green onions on hand, and decorated.
