Prepared on the original recipe from "the Book about tasty and healthy food" of 1952. ed.:
"For stuffing zucchini is best to take small. They have to peel, cut off ends, with a spoon clean out the seeds. Then rinse, fill with stuffing (meat, cereals, mushroom or vegetable) and fry in butter. Then the zucchini to shift into a deep bowl, pour back the broth or sour cream, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. When serving squash to shift on a dish, slice and cover with the sauce obtained by suppression."
