A delicious dish of green beans with tomatoes and ground pepper.
|Cooking time 40 minutes||Number of servings 4|
Take the tomatoes, cut them not quite shallow, mediocre, I peel not removed, but, in General, as you like, but it is desirable to remove. Take the pepper, the roots of the upper (butt) cut, remove seeds, wash them and begin to chop not very finely, but not coarsely, as well as tomatoes, medium sliced. Next, take a sharp fresh red or green pepper, chop it finely, I do not cut because it is too spicy, and so, for everybody who likes.
While we all chopped, the beans we cook. Take a colander, pour back the water from the beans, the water has drained, the beans remained. Then take a pan, preferably with high sides, put on the heat and pour sunflower oil. I poured "eye," a little, put the beans, cover with a lid for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, put in beans, tomatoes and peppers and again cover with a lid, simmer everything on medium heat.
While we are all extinguished, we take a large onion, cut it into two parts, each part is again cut into two and begin to cut into half-rings are not thick.
Peel the garlic, 2-3 cloves, 4 and chop it finely. And all this together (onions and garlic) to the frying pan to the beans, peppers, and tomatoes. Cover all this, again, cover, simmer 20-25 minutes.
Yet all of us is extinguished, we take 3 eggs, break them, whisk and wait, when we will have the finished beans.
After 20-25 minutes, remove the sample, should be all put out and ready. We take and pour all the egg and start to mix to the egg "grabbed" with our vegetables. I was a few minutes after mixing was covered with a lid.
This green beans prepared this dish. Sorry, that photo at the end, not at the beginning, I forgot to add.
