Chicken rolls stuffed with crab sticks cooked in its own juice, which is a plus, unlike roasted. Tasty and healthy!

Take three chicken Breasts.
Cut into layers.
The blunt side of a knife to repel each layer (or something else if desired).
In sour cream add 1 cubes Galina Blanca (or other spices to taste), pepper. Marinate repulsed layers of the breast.
While is marinating, make the filling. Finely chop the crab sticks, onion, dill (other herbs optional), cheese, grated on a fine grater, add sour cream and stir, add spices.
On each layer the breast with a thin layer spread the filling, roll into a roll, fasten with a toothpick.
Peeled potatoes cut into circles, brush with sour cream with spices (to taste).
Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the sleeve. Then put the rolls. Pin the sides of the sleeve, make a few holes on top. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut the top of the sleeve and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes in expanded form.
Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with herbs.
