Moldovan dish. Preparing bread kvass, served hot or cold.

Fish (coarsely chopped), pour water so that it completely disappeared.
Bring to boil, remove the foam, add salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the carrots and onions into small cubes.
Brew to boil (SAF-brew before you need to prepare according to the recipe specified on the packaging).
Add to the fish the rice, sliced carrots and onions and cook for another 10-15 minutes (depending on rice, the time may increase).
When the vegetables are ready, add corn flour, pour beer, bring to boil and remove from heat.
Can be served hot, and cold.
