A core set of products of Cuban cuisine is simple and without frills. Meat Cubans prefer chicken and pork, to a lesser extent beef and mutton, grains - black beans, rice and corn.

- Chicken - 150-200 g
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Figure - 60 g
- Green onions - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cuban soup "kanya"
Our products are for soup.
Chicken boil until tender.
While our chicken is cooked... cut tomatoes, onion and bell pepper.
Send our vegetables to stew under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
As for stewing vegetables emit enough liquid, add to them the rice and leave to stew for another 5-7 minutes.
Our chicken is cooked, take it, separated from the bones, cut into pieces.
In broth (previously salted and peppered) put the chopped chicken and vegetables with rice. Cook for a few minutes, add chopped onion and switch off the stove. Infuse the soup and... it is ready.
