- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggs stuffed with mushrooms
Egg boiled hard-boiled (8-10 minutes). Cleaned, cut lengthwise, remove yolk. From the bottom of the squirrel cut off a small piece, so it will be sustainable.
Mushrooms and onions fry in a pan, cooled, passed through a meat grinder, add grated on a grater yolks (2 PCs leave for decoration), a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a clove of garlic.
