These muffins yogurt are the greatest pride of my aunt. She bakes them with an enviable constancy, experimenting with fillings. I really like the chocolate chip. This recipe it a long time ago I read in some magazine and still cherishes. I looked through the recipes on the website, seems nothing found. Nothing unusual in the recipe and there is quite a budget option, but the cupcakes always diverge with a Bang!

Sift flour with starch. The starch can be replaced with flour, but I always put it down to the dough was more porous.
Add to the mixture the baking powder and soda. Quenching in any case it is not necessary! Yogurt and do this work.
On a fine grater grate the chocolate. You can take and bitter, and milk (even white if put in the dough cocoa). I had a commitment to quality 85% and 99% cocoa. (Just bought meats, and so to overpower the dark chocolate could not, but in baking he gave a mind-blowing taste!)
Add chocolate chips to flour mixture.
I always add a pinch of vanilla, but no one could do, as the chocolate vanilla flavor is usually present.
Separately beat the egg. Bit, without fanaticism. RUB the egg with sugar.
Next add the oil and yogurt. Mix
Then the dry ingredients, pour in liquid gradually. Quickly stir until smooth. The dough was not liquid, but not steep, has a slightly porous structure.
Grease muffin cups with butter and fill the dough 2/3.
Bake cupcakes in preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, until, until a wooden skewer will not come out of the cupcake dry.
The finished cupcakes can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
