Step by step instruction of cooking Sponge cake honey cake with apricots
Apricots cut in half, remove the seeds from them.
Beat softened butter with powdered sugar and honey, add the yolks and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Mix the flour with the baking powder and combine with honey and cream mass.
Beat egg whites with lemon juice into a thick foam and add to the batter.
Put the dough in the form (26 cm in diameter, the bottom lay a baking paper, Boca grease butter), spread on top halves of apricots cut down.
Bake in warmed up to 180"oven for 35-40 minutes, be guided by your oven!
