The original recipe:
"The green pods of sweet pepper wash, trim tops together with a stalk and clean seeds. Thus prepared peppers in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then put in a sieve and drain off the water. Then fill the prepared stuffing (meat, rice and vegetables), put in one or two rows in the pan, pour the broth, add oil and tomato and simmer in the oven or on the fire for 30-40 minutes. When serving, pour sour cream sauce. Pepper, you can serve both hot and cold. In the latter case, the pepper should be cooked in vegetable oil."
