This dish of Georgian cuisine I love. The combination of cabbage and walnuts I like. McHale do and other types of cabbage and beet leaves. I propose a variant of cabbage.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking McHale of cabbage


Step 1

Cabbage cut into quarters and boiled in water.
As cook, stayed out of the water and cooled.


Step 2

Take the cabbage in small pieces and squeeze the water.
