- Flour - 3 stack.
- Rye flour - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 stack.
- Malt - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Bread wheat and rye every day
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Knead the dough very thoroughly until then, until the dough begins to lag behind the hands (if you bake in the bread maker, just add the ingredients in the correct order, mode "Main").
The dough is put in warm place to doubled.
The risen dough need to press down so got out all the air, and leave to rise again.
After the second rise of the dough is already possible to generate future bread. Or put it on a floured baking sheet, forming a round loaf or a loaf, or just in a baking dish.
