Step-by-step instruction of cooking Sochniki


Step 1

180g sugar, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 2 pinches of salt, 200g sour cream, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 150g butter, flour and vanilla to combine, knead the dough as dumplings.


Step 2

Cheese, 2 eggs, semolina, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp flour, 100g of sugar together, mix well.


Step 3

Bake sochniki in the oven until Golden brown at 180 degrees.
Hot sochniki lubricate the whipped with sugar and water to egg yolk (1 egg yolk,1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water).
