Boil the rice until soft.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil.
Tomatoes cut into cubes, add to the pan the onions and carrots and fry until the tomato pieces become soft.
Add the rice and curry, mix and leave on heat for another couple of minutes.
Chicken legs salt, pepper, fill with stuffing. Stick with toothpicks.
Spread in a baking dish (or baking pan) greased with vegetable oil. Top coat with mayonnaise.
Put into the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees.
