Ingredients for Fitness pancakes
- Oat flakes - 1 Cup.
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Water - 0.5 l
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Fitness pancakes
Combine milk and cold boiled water. Add the cereal.
Cook the liquid porridge.
Give porridge to cool slightly. Grind it, I used the blender. Add salt, sugar, egg, mix well (blender or mixer).
Bake on a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil. When serving, decorate with fruit or drizzle with jam.
