Ingredients for Chashushuli from the liver
- Beef liver - 1 kg
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Sauce - 200 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Greens
Step by step instruction of cooking Chashushuli from the liver

Liver cleanse and cut into cubes. Marinate it with roughly chopped onions, wine and lemon juice. Add the optional in marinade of dried herbs: Basil, tarragon, thyme.
Marinate about 1 hour. (I really stood for about a day)

Put liver and onions in a large frying pan and quickly fry until evaporation of liquid

Add the tomato paste and sauce Satsebeli and stew for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, add a little water.

Add all the chopped greens and immediately turn off the heat. Mix the liver with herbs and allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes.
