Ingredients for "Drunk" pancakes
Step by step instruction of cooking "Drunk" pancakes
RUB the yolks with sour cream.
Add the flour.
Stir to avoid lumps. Pour the remaining beer and stir again.
Then, whisk 2 protein remaining in the foam, add to the resulting mass and mix gently with a spatula.
Bake in a pan greased with oil, as usual.
