Anyone who likes thin, porous and crispy pancakes, dedicated!!! I will say, there are many types of pancakes there... I agree, but certainly certainly not!

RUB the yolks with sour cream.
Add the flour.
Stir to avoid lumps. Pour the remaining beer and stir again.
Then, whisk 2 protein remaining in the foam, add to the resulting mass and mix gently with a spatula.
Bake in a pan greased with oil, as usual.
