- Pasta - 150 g
- Broth - 1 l
- Tomato - 400 g
- Garlic - 3-5 tooth.
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Parmesan - 50-100 g
- Sausage - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup turinski
Pan fry in half butter until Golden state finely cut onions and garlic.
Put the onion in a saucepan, there also add crushed with a fork the tomatoes with juice, fill with broth, bring to a boil, cover and leave on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Meantime, prepare the remaining products:
- in the remaining oil fry the sausages;
- open the beans;
- boil in salted water pasta (preferably the smallest).
Put all prepared foods in a pan, mix up, add salt and leave on low heat to warm for 10 minutes.
