Tender, juicy pancakes stuffed with chicken and zucchini.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, salt, add flour and eggs, knead dough squash. Amount of flour depends on the juiciness of the zucchini, the dough should be as sour cream of average density.
Minced chicken salt, pepper, add the egg and knead well. Make a small pellet.
In a pan with hot oil with a spoon spread squash the dough, trying to make pancakes the size is about the same with tortillas.
Immediately on top of each pancake put the cake of minced meat.
VERY IMPORTANT - immediately, good pressed pellet to the base, otherwise the finished pancakes will be cut in half.
On medium heat fry the fritters from the zucchini so that the squash layer is well fried. Overturn, bring to readiness with chicken side.
For me, these pancakes are serious garnish is not required, therefore (to my taste) served with vegetables.
