Heard somewhere that there is nothing that warms the heart like cold vodka. But in the Caucasus say: "Nothing will warm body and soul on a cold day, as a spicy appetizer of marinated hot peppers". Snacks of spicy peppers had to try not only in the Caucasus. In Bulgaria one of the best tapas — roasted hot peppers, they call them "Luthi pig". Hell, an incredibly tasty dish. Perfectly good grape brandy. Yes we do, usually when with friends, something to celebrate, always order pickles: pickled vegetables, garlic, pepper.
Ingredients for Appetizer spicy pepper
- Tomato - 2 kg
- Peppers red hot chilli - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Sugar - 6 tbsp.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 70 g
- Vinegar - 70 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Appetizer spicy pepper
Tomatoes, cut into quarters and cranked meat grinder or shred blender.
Put it on the stove.
Add salt,sugar and sunflower oil.Bring to a boil.
My peppers, carefully cut ( I do it with gloves) and take out seeds. Add them to the pot.
Boil the mixture for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers tails are tender.
In the end add izmereny garlic , herbs and vinegar.
Spread on banks, cover with lids and all!
