This is the most delicious canned zucchini that I have ever tasted. I'm sure they will appeal to many.

To sterilize jars (comes out roughly 8 cans of 0.5 liters).
Cut the zucchini circles. If the zucchini are wide, cut them in half.
Loop grinder carrots, garlic, hot pepper.
In a saucepan place the courgettes on top - a mix of carrots, pepper, garlic.
Then add tomato paste, sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water. Mix well.
Cook 20 minutes from boiling, then put in jars and roll up. Winter should be delicious! Bon appetit! :)
