Ingredients for Potato bruschetta
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Green onions
- Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
- Green olives - 5-6 PCs
- Sundried tomatoes - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato bruschetta
Tomatoes cut into crosswise, blanch in boiling water, then in cold water, peel, cut into slices. Remove the pulp.
Finely chop the solid part of the tomato and sundried tomatoes.
Finely chop the garlic and green onions.
Finely chop the green olives.
Chopped tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic mix in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano.
Fill the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven until it will turn brown.
