Tart with Muscat grapes and hazelnuts

Hello!!! The grapes in baking discovered a year ago , but still never cease to be amazed how delicious it can be, and in combination with nuts and creamy filling, just a fairy tale !!!
Ingredients for Tart with Muscat grapes and hazelnuts
- Flour - 350 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream - 250 g
- Hazelnuts - 150 g
- Grapes - 250 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Tart with Muscat grapes and hazelnuts
Add the egg and quickly knead the dough, knead it much not need, just to gather into a ball, if necessary add a little ice water or milk, it took me 1 tbsp.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes.
While the dough is cooled, prepare the filling.
Hazelnut fry in a pan or in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Can clean it from the husk, which I did.
Chop it into fairly large pieces.
Grapes to wash and disassemble.
In the bowl of a blender put cream, sugar and eggs, beat well, gradually add the flour , continue whisking until smooth. If you have no blender, can be done with an egg beater.
Remove dough from refrigerator, roll and place in a greased ovenproof form. Prick it with a fork.
On the dough put the baking paper and any cereal, it will be oppression that the dough is not swollen.
Bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
To get the Foundation out of the oven, on the bottom pour the hazelnuts.

On top of the grapes. And again send in the oven , reducing the temperature to 180 degrees, bake 25-30 minutes.
