Fragrant tomato soup. Cook spread!

To prepare the foods, cook the broth, you need approx 1.5-2 liters of water. The broth, cook for approx. 40 mins is the longest step in the whole process.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, throw into the broth. Cook for 10 min.
Then throw in the broth chopped onion.
Tomatoes need to turn into a homogeneous mass. I did combine remaining particles of skin, but in a boiled soup is absolutely not felt. You can remove the skins, pass the sauce through a sieve. Pureed tomatoes added to the broth along with onions. Cook for 30 min.
Throw in the broth chopped bell pepper (I had yellow – it turns out beautifully), pressed garlic, herbs and Bay leaf. Cook for another 10 min.
Then the soup should infuse. I cooked in the evening for dinner was simply delicious, the aroma of garlic and tomatoes.
