The recipe I found in a magazine, but changed it a little bit. This is no ordinary pastries. Stuffing consists of garlic, and Adygei cheese sauce (adjika).

Step 1

Take a deep bowl, there pour 1 tbsp. of yeast and pour a glass of warm milk. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes, cover it with a towel.
