Delicious, juicy dumplings in white sauce, cooked in the oven.
Ingredients for Dumplings from the oven
- Buckwheat - 600 g
- Minced meat - 1 kg
- Baton - 100 g
- Onion - 170 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Dumplings from the oven
A piece of the loaf, not macerating, grind in a blender or grinder.
Onions and garlic also grind in a blender to mush (or grinder).
Crumbs of bread and chopped onion with the garlic add to the meat.
Add to the mince 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp salt and ground black pepper.
Add the buckwheat to the mince.
Knead it all into a homogeneous mass.
To form the meatballs any convenient shape and place on greased baking sheet. I came up with 27 pieces.
To prepare the dressing. To do this with a whisk, mix the broth (or water) with 0.5 tbsp of salt, sugar, hops suneli, sour cream and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
After 40 minutes, the dumplings are ready!
